How can that happen? Well of course it could be that you just post your feeling of need and hope somebody finds you.
On the other hand you can make good use of tags.
Tags are ways of marking a diary entry or story so that other people can find it.
In the case of you looking for diet support, here's what you can do.
Write your regular diary entry. When you've finished scroll down to the box that says tags. You'll always be asked to add a tag no matter what you write on this site. Tag your story with the words you think best fit it - use two or three, more even. Diet, weight loss, struggling, whatever. But be sure to add support.
By adding the tag support your diary entry will appear as a link on the home page of the site, down there at the bottom in a box we've called "Support". You can always check the support box to see who else is looking around for people to communicate with. We've also put a recipes box there on the home page, alongside support. If you have great recipes ideas and want to give them some prominence, add recipes to the tags and it'll show up on the home page.
