Indian Food Bloggers

In London they have restaurants such as the Masala Zone which serve authentic ayurvedic food. Its objective is perfect balance and having eaten there I can attest to how easy the food is to digest. Indian food comes to us via restaurants geared around western tastes (often unpalatable if you care about food) and a limited number of recipe books (whose authenticity is hard to judge). Where else can you explore?
Enews is a blog aggregator, that is it collects blogs. And enews is an indian blog aggregator so it explores indian bloggers. Its recipe section is a revelation because, by and large, this is made up of Indian people cooking for other Indian people. An example: Mango Mouse Cake....

Another is Chukkakura pappu, a dahl dish that looks delicious.

These bloggers don't stick only to Indian food and are quite eclectic. What we like about them though is the Indian side is authentic and the health benefits of their food are clearly part of the chef's passion. "A classic, down to earth Andhra recipe that is nutritious, full of iron and protein, and a flavor that is irresistible with finger licking goodness."

Another source of India recipes is the blog aggregator Indian Blogs. It's a bit more difficult to find your way around but worth the effort. Indian cooks cast the net really wide.
